Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal care items such as Magnesium cream and Loose leaf Teas are non-returnable.
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items upon arrival; please submit an exchange request with photos of the damage.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at sevensensescollection@gmail.com for assistance. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate the issue and will make every effort to resolve it; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost packages.

What is Seven Senses all about?
Seven Senses is about creating mindful moments through aromatherapy, self-care, and sensory wellness. Our products are designed to help you feel balanced, relaxed, and connected in your daily life.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?
No, we use pure essential oils and natural plant extracts to create our scents. However, if we come across a unique fragrance that complements a seasonal special, we may use a fragrance oil instead of essential oils. In such cases, it will always be clearly listed in the ingredients.
Are your products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes! We carefully source natural, high-quality ingredients and never test on animals. Our products are handcrafted with intention and free from harsh chemicals.
Candles & Smoke Cleansers
How should I care for my candle?
• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to ensure an even flame.
• Let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time for safety.
What is a smoke cleanser, and how do I use it?
A smoke cleanser (similar to smudging) uses dried herbs to purify and refresh a space. Light the end, let it smoulder, and gently wave the smoke to cleanse your environment. Always burn in a well-ventilated area and use a fire-safe dish. Full guidance is provided with each purchase
How do I use a room spray?
Shake well and mist into the air or onto soft furnishings for an instant refresh. Avoid direct contact with skin and keep away from pets.
Aromatherapy & Room Sprays
Are your aromatherapy rollers safe for sensitive skin?
Our rollers are diluted with carrier oils to be skin-friendly, but we recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.
Magnesium Cream & Massage Rollers
How much magnesium cream should I use?
• A grape-sized amount (~2.5g) delivers ~100mg of magnesium.
• Applying to both feet (~5g total) gives ~200mg of magnesium.
Can I use magnesium cream alongside oral magnesium supplements?
Our rollers are diluted with carrier oils to be skin-friendly, but we recommend a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.
How do I use a massage roller?
Gently roll over tense muscles or pressure points to help release tension and improve circulation. Use with a little magnesium cream or body oil for added benefits.
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes! Our herbal tea blends are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for relaxation and wellness.

How should I brew your herbal teas?
• Add 1-2 teaspoons per cup.
• Pour over hot (not boiling) water.
• Steep for 3-5 minutes, then enjoy!
Can I mix your teas with other herbal remedies?
